Ashley R. Brooks, O.D., specializes in comprehensive optometric care. Her interests include emergency care, foreign body removal and management, ocular disease and pediatrics. Dr. Brooks is a Bentonville native and graduated from Bentonville High School in 1997. She received her undergraduate degree from Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri where she graduated with a double major in Biology and Spanish in 2001. Dr. Brooks went on to complete her doctoral degree in optometry at Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. She completed her post-doctorate advanced clinical training in primary care and ocular disease management at the Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks and Northeastern Oklahoma State University College of Optometry in 2008-2009.
Dr. Brooks joined BoozmanHof in December 2017. She is a member of the Arkansas Optometric Association and American Optometric Association. She is licensed in Arkansas, Missouri and Oklahoma.
Dr. Brooks is an avid Razorback fan and enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and pets. She is an avid cyclist, amateur snowboarder and salt water aquarium hobbyist.
