Mission for Refractive Surgery Liason

BoozmanHof Eye Center

Increase our refractive surgery volume over five years focusing on patient recruitment, conversion and satisfaction.  To support, enhance, and develop new relationships with referring providers in the area.

Outcomes

  1. Increase laser refractive surgery volume
  2. Achieve and maintain a defined net promoter score for refractive surgery patients
  3. Increase out-of-house referrals
  4. On board new referring practices
  5. Achieve and maintain a defined referring provider relationship score
  6. Develop system to monitor and address trends in referrals

Mission for Lead Technician

BoozmanHof Eye Center

To support, coordinate and develop the clinical care team and clinic resources.  To work with the clinic leadership team in identifying and developing targeted solutions for problems in clinical care resources and procedures

Outcomes

  1. Lead, exemplify and promote culture of excellence
  2. Manage and coordinate clinic team schedules
  3. Develop training program to advance capabilities of all technicians
  4. Represent clinic team interests and priorities in team leader meetings
  5. Establish defined team and leadership structure within clinic care group
  6. Work with doctors to develop protocols and train these to
  7. Identify projects and maximize utilization of team time, equipment and room resources
  8. Add insight, perspective and support for patient appointment templates in accordance with room, equipment and staff availability
