Randall O. Bell, O.D., specializes in comprehensive optometric care. His special interests include: geriatric eye care, the medical management of challenging refractive problems, and perioperative cataract and refractive surgery eye care.
Dr. Bell received his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway. He is also a graduate of the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. He has been awarded numerous scholarships and academic awards.
Dr. Bell joined BoozmanHof in 1988. He helped develop the BoozmanHof refractive surgery program with Dr. Randall E. Cole. He also enjoys investing in the community and has served as an elder at Fellowship Bible Church in Lowell and an eye care provider for the Opening Eyes Foundation and Special Olympics.
Dr. Bell is a member of the American Optometric Association and Arkansas Optometric Association.
He is married and together with is wife, Suzy, has four grown children and 13 grandchildren.
